How many years’ experience?: Our director has dedicated his half life to the printing and packaging industries. Most of those factories have about 20 years’ experience.

Will you send technician (engineer) to install, debug and train the machine？: We have detailed operation manual, installation videos, accembling drawing and our professional service team will help install machine by online support. During Covid-19 peried, we will not send technician abroad. Some machines designed with remote control system to do the fault shooting, which makes aftersales job more convenient and effective.

What is the machine warranty?: 1 year quantity guarantee time. We hereby assures that the machine covered here fully complies with the contract in quality and quantity.

Can your company handle shipping for customers?: Yes. CIF & FOB & CFR Terms available, we can do on real shipping cost. (Please provide us your requested seaport and we can check the shipping charge and arrange shipping for your order)

Does the packing strong enough for sea delivery?: Yes! All of us have full experiences on exporting jobs. We have strong confidence in our packages.

Do you have stock product to sell?: Usually we don’t have machine in stock, machine need 15-45 days to delivery.

Do you inspect the finished products?: Yes!!! All the machine will be tested before delivery. We will send testing video to you

What's the payment terms?: 100% irrevocable L/C or T/T, buyer shall pay 30% of the contract price as deposit after signing the contract, 70% paid off before container loaded.

How do I order spare parts?: Please send us the machine nameplate and the spare parts pictures, we can provide the needed spare parts for you.
