1. The web is passed through high rack from above which keeps the web from dirt and pollution.
2. Three individual servo motors synchronous control with differential shafts provide accurate web tension which is calculated by PLC. 3. Siemens PLC control system with touch screen brings much convenience for operator, it has multi-functions, like meter reached auto stop, tension auto control, and so on. 4. Shaftless unwind with hydraulic auto loading for heavy jumbo rolls and with the splice table for fast converting work. Web guiding system to detect the web edge position. 5. Equipped with products discharge shelf to help unload heavy rolls from rewind shafts. 6. Be equipped with rotary shear slitting knives with wool felt and high power trim edge suction fan.

2. Hydraulic lifter for heavy jumbo roll, Max diameter 1400mm and Max weight 1800kg. 3. Left and right arm is controlled by hydraulic, and can be moved separately. 4. Web adjustment roller ensures the web tension balance from left to right. 5. Tension is calculated by PLC and controlled by magnetic brake automatically. 6. Web-guiding system: ultrasonic sensor to detect the web position. 7. Splice table for web connection. 8.
